Luke Milam has had the honor of speaking at youth camps, retreats, and churches throughout the eastern United States over the last 20 years.

Training Your Group In Leading A Motel Mission
Luke Milam has been in the ministry for almost 30 years. He graduated from Southeastern Bible College and Covington Theological Seminary. He has worked with drug rehab ministries for 5 years.
Luke loves ministering to and developing small group style ministries. Teaching people and churches how to do motel mission safely and effectively is an extension of the gifts God gave him.
Motel Mission Training
- Motel Mission Training - 3 Hour Training Conference
Degree Credit
- Complete Charis - Approximately 20 hours of face to face interaction plus homework
- Read “Becoming Whole” by Brian Fikkert
- Survey two motels and write a 10 page paper. Paper length may vary depending on the transfer school.
With the completion of all three areas, the student will earn a certification to become a New Creation Motel Mission Trainer. They can also earn 3 hours of transfer credit to partnering seminaries.
This training has the ability to be transferred in as credit at Covington Theological Seminary and Andersonville Theological Seminary.
NOTE: We are here to make disciples. For this reason, we ask for a donation or love offering for the training. We never want cost to be the reason anyone walks away from receiving training with New Creation Ministries.
